When selecting the number of figures, make sure to count all the people and pets you want to include.
Example:
- If you want to add 2 people + 1 cat, select the option for the Memory Brick Trio.

Production Time
We take 2–3 days to create your custom design and another 2–3 days to produce your Timeless Memory Brick, for a total of 4–6 working days.
Shipping Time
10–15 working days worldwide.
After placing your order, you have 2 days to request a refund before production starts. Once production begins, refunds are not available.
How to Upload Your Photo
Please select the number of figures you would like to include in your photo. If you select the Memory Brick Duo but there are 3 figures in the photo, we will only produce 2.Simply upload a high-quality photo where the subject(s) are clearly visible. For the best results, make sure the entire body is in the shot. You can upload a photo of one person, two, or up to six people.
